Who is responsible

What the quote form does
If you choose Enquire by email, the website sends the completed form to FormSubmit, which delivers it to office@stilesashwindows.com and sends a delivery copy to graeme@hypertraildigital.co.uk at Hypertrail Digital, which supports the website and its enquiry handling. FormSubmit states in its published help information that form submissions are retained for 30 days. If you choose Enquire by WhatsApp, the website opens WhatsApp with a message containing the details you entered; nothing is sent until you send that message in WhatsApp.
Why contact details are used
Information you choose to send is used to understand the work, confirm whether Stile covers the property, respond to you, arrange a conversation or survey, prepare a quotation and, if you proceed, deliver the service. The usual lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract and performing any resulting contract. Legitimate interests may also apply to responding to enquiries, preventing misuse and keeping proportionate business records.
What you may provide
This can include your name, phone number, optional email address, property postcode or address, the services you select, any notes you add and the page from which the form was submitted. The form requires either a phone number or an email address, not both.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not load analytics, advertising or marketing scripts. The hosting and security services may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. FormSubmit is contacted only when you submit the email enquiry form. WhatsApp is contacted only when you choose the WhatsApp option.
Sharing and retention
Enquiry information is shared with the service providers needed to deliver your chosen contact route, including FormSubmit for email enquiries, Hypertrail Digital for website enquiry handling and WhatsApp when you choose WhatsApp. It may also be shared with people needed to quote for or deliver the requested work, or where the law requires it. FormSubmit publishes a 30-day retention period for submissions. Stile and Hypertrail Digital keep the resulting enquiry records only for as long as needed to respond and manage delivery; Stile keeps quotation and job records according to any contract, legal obligations and proportionate business record-keeping.
Your choices
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to its use. You can also raise a question about how it has been used. Email office@stilesashwindows.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with the response.
