Windows, doors, masonry and finishes considered together
Full façade restoration & decoration in West London
A coordinated exterior project covering timber joinery, preparation, masonry repairs and decoration across the full façade.

When a complete exterior approach makes sense
When the exterior needs to be considered as a whole.
A façade can feel disjointed when windows, doors and masonry are treated as separate jobs. STILE can coordinate the external repairs and decoration as one considered scope, bringing the joinery, masonry, preparation and final finish together so the elevation reads as a complete whole.
Common signs
How the work is approached
Survey, scope, then do the work properly.
- 1
Assess the whole elevation
We inspect the façade, windows, doors, timber, masonry, paintwork and areas of previous repair to understand how the elements interact.
- 2
Set out the work
The scope is agreed by element, including repairs, preparation, access, materials and final finishes.
- 3
Complete and finish
The work is sequenced across the elevation, with joinery, masonry repairs, preparation and decoration completed and checked as the project progresses.
Typical scope
What the quotation can include.

Questions about facade restoration
The details worth understanding first.
Does this include exterior masonry repair?
It can. Local brick, render, pointing and decorative masonry repairs are identified and priced in the written scope. Structural movement or specialist conservation work may require separate professional advice.
Can the windows be replaced as part of the facade work?
Yes. Repair, restoration, retrofit or complete renewal can be coordinated with the external programme. Each opening is still assessed so sound windows are not replaced automatically.
