Front, French and stained-glass doors
Bespoke timber doors in West London
Made-to-measure hardwood front, French and glazed doors, with repair retained as an option for sound originals.

When this service fits
A proportionate answer to the condition of the joinery.
A front door carries more of a facade than almost any other piece of joinery. Stile can design a bespoke hardwood replacement around the opening, original panel proportions, mouldings, fanlights, sidelights, glazing and ironmongery. Sound originals can still be repaired and redecorated, but where a new door is the right route the aim is a complete, properly fitted entrance rather than an off-the-shelf compromise.

Questions about bespoke timber doors
The details worth understanding first.
Can you repair a rotten bottom rail?
It depends on the extent of decay and the condition of the joints. Localised sections may be repairable; widespread damage can make a new door the better long-term choice.
Can a new door match the original?
Made-to-measure doors can be specified around the original proportions, panels, glazing and mouldings. The survey records the details that matter to the property.
